With accommodations for up to six residents, we provide round-the-clock assistance from our trained professionals, including certified caregivers and registered nurses. Led by our committed CEO Tonya, Co-Administrator Jacque, and Registered Nurse Somayya, we prioritize the health and well-being of our residents, ensuring that a licensed nurse is always within reach.

Welcome to Hawk Residential Care Facility, where our mission is to provide exceptional care and support for adults with disabilities. Our state-of-the-art facility offers high-quality living and personalized care tailored to the unique needs of our residents, ages 18 to 59. Individuals aged 60 and over must have needs compatible with those of the other clients or residents in order to reside in our facility. With 24-hour care and varying levels of supervision, we provide a safe and loving environment that fosters community engagement and comfort. At Hawk, we prioritize the well-being of our residents while adhering to all regulatory requirements, ensuring everyone feels at home.

Tonya Khan has always had a heart for caregiving, following in the footsteps of generations before her. She lovingly cared for her grandparents, ensuring they were able to stay in a home filled with comfort and dignity rather than entering a nursing facility. That same love and commitment are at the core of everything she brings to Hawk Residential. Jacque McBurney, with over 40 years of experience in real estate, has a natural gift for connecting with people and making a positive difference in their lives. Her warm spirit and genuine care make her an essential part of our home. Somayya Khan, a licensed nurse with 13 years of experience, brings both clinical expertise and a kind, reassuring presence. Known for her exceptional bedside manner, she is always just a call away to support any medical or urgent needs, giving families peace of mind and residents the care they deserve.
